How to Invite New Team Lead

Inviting Team Lead


To start inviting team lead for your organization teams, please follow the simple steps below:


1. Click on the "Admin & Leads" tab located in the left sidebar menu. Click on "+ Invite" to start inviting new team lead.



2. Select "I would like to invite team leads".


3. Select the team you would like to invite the team lead to.


4. Select the language for the email invitation. Enter the email address, first name, and last name of the team lead to send the invitation. They can also be added as a learner (this will count towards license usage).



5. The invitation will be sent to their email addresses.


Viewing Invited Team Lead


Once invited, the leads will appear on the Admin & Leads Dashboard:

  • Active: Team lead who have accepted the invite.
  • Pending: Team lead who have not yet accepted the invite.
  • Inactive: Team lead who are no longer part of your organization.
